Jennifer came to visit over Memorial Day weekend. We went to Vesta Dipping Grill for dinner on Friday night. It's been ranked one of Denver's Top Ten restaurants by 5280. I highly recommend the Vesta Roll appetizer.We also did the Bolder Boulder 10K on Memorial Day. It's almost as large as the Ptree. I liked how the race finished in the CU Stadium so everyone was cheering as you walked in.
